Urgent: Blood donations needed for Nery / Urgente: Se necesitan donaciones de sangre para Nery

Hello everyone, Nery's daughter Andrea here.

On Saturday, September 26, at around 7:00 PM, my father had a serious accident. He fell from a cliff while operating a lawn mower.

Currently he is in Rafael Angel Calderon Guardia Hospital  in San José, Costa Rica. He has been bleeding internally and externally since the accident and is intubated and sedated. The hospital is asking for blood donations of all blood types. If you are able to donate, it would mean so much to us. Attached are more details about donations. His full name is Nery (Leonel) Duarte Alonzo.

I'm heading to the airport now and will be with him in about 20 hours. My father would very much appreciate your prayers.

Hola a todos, les habla Andrea, hija de Nery.

El sábado 26 de septiembre, alrededor de las 7:00 p. m., mi papá sufrió un accidente grave. Cayó por un barranco mientras usaba una cortadora de zacate. Actualmente está en el Hospital Rafael Ángel Calderón Guardia, en San José, Costa Rica.

Desde el accidente ha tenido sangrado interno y externo, y está intubado y sedado. El hospital está solicitando donaciones de sangre de todos los tipos. Si pueden donar, significaría muchísimo para nosotros.

Voy camino al aeropuerto y estaré con él en unas 20 horas. Mi papá agradecería mucho sus oraciones.
